I don’t know why I cried or am so emotional reading this, maybe it’s because I was there that Father’s Day service in 2019 when you made the retirement announcement. The church member in me was happy you were elevating to new levels spiritually but the student in me yearned for more of your bible teachings because the way you break scripture and the bible down is so intriguing and easy to grasp.
Man of god, This letter is perfect. It’s like I heard your voice and as I envisioned all that was in view of your eyes and what you could actually see. My favorite part was in this fast paced world with everyone moving or headed somewhere, it’s ok to stop, be still, and watch. Heading to the book of Ecclesiastic to dive deeper. Thanks so much from near or far always being willing to share powerful messages that are full of encouragement.
