I spent the last 5 days intentionally trying each of these things…moving my body for joy had the biggest impact on me.

This week I kept reminding myself there's absolutely no point to this. No goal. No metric. Just move.

I love working out and training. I've always known my workouts have a purpose. Better form. Progressive overload. Greater endurance. I noticed that I rarely ever move just because it feels good to be alive in my body.

At first jumping around felt silly but when I started spinning for some reason I felt like Katniss in The Hunger Games when her dress turned into flames 😂

Turns out I’ve been measuring my life instead of simply experiencing it *throws out ruler*

Thank you for fanning the flame of the little girl in me. 💛

Exhale…this one made me breathe again.

Lots of thoughts and emotions. Too personal to leave here.

Thank you for putting such beautiful, real, and intimate moments with your daughter into a heartfelt letter.
